Job Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to manage employee-related compliance activities and ensure that required records, filings and documentation are maintained properly and on time. The person will work closely with HR, Accounts and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day compliance activities.
- Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of required returns, payments and documents.
- Maintain employee records, registers and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants and relevant departments for compliance matters.
- Assist with statutory inspections, audits and documentation whenever required.
- Keep track of significant compliance dates and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor changes in applicable rules and update the HR team accordingly.
- Prepare regular compliance reports and trackers for management.




- Support payroll-related compliance activities and verify statutory deductions.
- Handle notices and routine communication received from relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance records are properly organised and up to date.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR compliance or statutory compliance.
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI and other employee-related compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Experience working with government/statutory portals.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
