Position Overview

Kansoft Solutions is looking for a customer-focused Healthcare Implementation Consultant to support the successful implementation and adoption of our EMR platform, Meddilink.

The ideal candidate will work closely with doctors, embryologists, nurses, clinic administrators, and management teams to understand their workflows, configure the platform, conduct training, and ensure a smooth transition to the software.

This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication, healthcare knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a genuine customer-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer implementations from onboarding through go-live.
- Understand and document clinical and operational workflows.
- Configure the EMR platform according to customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workflow discussions.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, nurses, administrators, and management teams.
- Collaborate with internal product, development, and support teams to resolve customer requirements and issues.
- Manage implementation timelines, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Support customers during go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase platform adoption.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer requirements, configurations, and outstanding issues.
- Work with customers across different countries and time zones.
- Travel domestically or internationally when required for important implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, EMR/EHR, clinic operations,



or software implementation.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, women’s health, hospitals, or outpatient healthcare is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident in interacting with healthcare professionals and non-technical users.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to understand healthcare workflows and translate them into software processes.
- Comfortable learning and working with software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver a positive customer experience.

What You Don’t Need to Be

You do not need to be a software developer, database administrator, dedicated QA engineer, or highly technical IT specialist.

However, you should be comfortable with technology and able to understand how an EMR or Hospital Management System works.
