Job Description – JEE/NEET Chemistry Faculty

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chemistry Faculty to teach students of Classes 11th and 12th, covering the CBSE Board syllabus along with preparation for JEE and NEET competitive examinations.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to seamlessly integrate board-level concepts with competitive-exam preparation in the same classroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry to Classes 11th and 12th as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lectures covering Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Integrate CBSE Board preparation with JEE/NEET competitive-exam preparation.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills for both board and competitive examinations.
- Prepare and conduct regular tests, assignments, practice sessions, and revision classes.
- Solve and discuss JEE/NEET-level numerical and conceptual questions.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide individual academic guidance where required.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.




- Keep lesson plans and teaching material aligned with the latest CBSE, JEE, and NEET syllabus and examination patterns.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / relevant field.
- Prior teaching experience with Classes 11th and 12th.
- Experience in teaching JEE and/or NEET Chemistry is required.
- Strong command of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Ability to teach CBSE Board syllabus and competitive-level concepts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 2+ years of teaching experience, particularly in schools, coaching institutes, or competitive-exam preparation, will be preferred.
