- We are looking for a Stock Incharge to manage the inventory, issuance, and record-keeping of school uniforms and books. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and familiar with school processes. Prior experience in a school setup is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records for books and uniforms.
- Keep the store room organized and secure.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking as needed.
- Issuance
- Distribute items to students as per class-wise requirement.
- Maintain issue registers with full details (name, class, date, item issued).
- Coordinate with teachers for smooth distribution.
- Record Keeping
- Update manual/digital registers regularly.
- Maintain files for purchase, delivery, and issue slips.
- Submit stock balance reports monthly or as required.
- Vendor & Purchase Support
- Check the quality/quantity of received items.




- Assist in purchase documentation and quotations.
- Cleanliness & Safety
- Keep stock areas neat and clean.
- Prevent damage, loss, or misuse of school property.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school (preferred)
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or manual stock registers
- Attention to detail
- Honest and responsible
- Good communication skills in English ,telugu.hindi
