Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Manager to manage and monitor the overall operations of a DDU-GKY training centre. The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of DDU-GKY and DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines, SOPs, compliance, training operations and placement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the DDU-GKY training centre.
- Ensure implementation of the project as per DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines, SOPs and project targets.
- Manage and monitor Centre Manager/Trainer/Mobilizer/MIS/Placement and other centre staff.
- Monitor candidate mobilisation, counselling, enrolment, attendance and training.
- Ensure proper documentation, records and MIS/ERP updates.
- Coordinate assessment, certification and OJT activities.
- Monitor candidate placement and ensure proper placement documentation.
- Track candidates after placement and support post-placement activities.
- Coordinate with employers for placement and employment retention.
- Handle centre inspections, audits, compliance issues and corrective actions.
- Monitor centre infrastructure, equipment, staff performance and candidate facilities.
- Prepare and submit regular project/centre performance reports to management.
- Maintain effective communication with PIA, SRLM/State teams and other project stakeholders.




- Ensure timely resolution of operational and compliance-related issues.

DDU-GKY 2.0 Knowledge – Very Important

The candidate must have valuable practical knowledge of DDU-GKY 2.0, particularly:

- Batch-based project implementation and monitoring.
- Placement-linked training and outcome requirements.
- Minimum 70% placement requirement for full project cost, with the applicable wage/self/gig employment requirements.
- Minimum 6-month placement period.
- Post-placement tracking and support.
- Assessment and certification requirements.
- Candidate documentation and placement verification.
- Digital/MIS-based project monitoring.
- Latest DDU-GKY 2.0 SOPs, notifications and compliance requirements.

Required Candidate Profile

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience specifically in DDU-GKY projects.
- Candidates with experience only in other skill-development schemes may not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of DDU-GKY 2.0 is mandatory.
- Strong team-management and centre-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MIS, documentation and compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be willing to relocate on a PAN-India basis.
- Must be travel-friendly and comfortable with frequent official travel.
- Ability to work under targets and strict project timelines.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
