Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in HR
- Masters in Human Resource Management is mandatory
- Familiar with recruitment tools including Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, FoundIt etc
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skill both in English and Malayalam
- Basic IT skills and Experience in dealing with HRMS software

- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Assist in Payroll
- Assist in legal compliance and statutory compliance (PF, ESI etc.)
- Support current and future business needs to recruit and manage human capital
