Job Description:
The Center Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and sales performance. The role involves managing a team of insurance advisors, driving sales targets, and maintaining a positive work workplace. The Center Manager will be responsible for recruitment, training, and development of staff, as well as monitoring performance and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity. This position also requires effective communication with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.




- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
