Position Details

- Position: Learning & Development Executive
- Location: Mumbai
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Qualification: MBA in HR
- Industry: Training, facilitation, or social sector experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Learning & Development initiatives across teams and projects.
- Identify training needs in coordination with teams and managers.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, orientation sessions, and learning activities.
- Manage training schedules, venues, materials, trainers, and participant communication.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and employee/volunteer development plans.




- Coordinate with internal and external trainers and facilitators.
- Collect participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Prepare training reports and maintain L&D; documentation.
- Suggest improvements to training programs based on feedback and outcomes.
- Promote IAHV’s values across learning and development activities.

Required Skills

- MBA in Human Resources.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of training and employee development processes.
- Commitment to IAHV’s values and social-development objectives.
