Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and customer-focused Retail Sales Person to join our men’s fashion store. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of fashion, excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and provide a warm, skilled shopping experience.
* Understand customer requirements, preferences, sizes and budgets.
* Recommend suitable men’s clothing, styles and complete looks.
* Explain product features, fabrics, fits, pricing and offers.
* Handle trials, size exchanges and customer queries efficiently.
* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is well organised.
* Keep track of stock, sizes and product availability.
* Assist with billing and basic store operations.
* Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.




* Maintain high standards of grooming and customer service.
* Support the team during new collections, promotions and festive sales.

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Presentable and well-groomed personality.
* Interest in men’s fashion and styling.
* Previous experience in apparel/fashion retail is preferred.
* Ability to confidently interact with customers and close sales.
* Basic knowledge of sizes, fits, fabrics and styling.
* Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Honest, punctual and responsible.
