Motivate and mobilize eligible participants from target groups like Graduates, professionals belonging to BFSI or commerce background students etc

· Coordinate with Location Leader and Assistant Trainers in organizing training venues

· Ensure beneficiaries are informed of session schedules and encouraged to participate consistently

· Act as the bridge between the community and the training team

· Help in enrolling on DigiLocker & Government Insruance Schemes and collecting attendance sheets, consent forms, and other necessary documentation

· Submit regular progress and updates with Location leader and center project monitoring team

· Conduct the Pre-Post assessments and capture the training feedback from the beneficiaries

· Carrying the training material at location for distribution

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Commerce Education, Management,



or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation , Self driven

· Open to travel and relocate at the project location

· Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.

· Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.

· Experience in financial literacy or educational programs.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Flexible, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.

Benefits

Salary – 28 - 30K per month

Mobile expense – 300 rupees Per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
