Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales / Marketing Executive to join our team at WebSenor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, supporting sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, business development, digital marketing, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Research potential clients, businesses, and target markets.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other forms of prospecting.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant WebSenor services and solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to move them through the sales process.
- Maintain and update lead, prospect, and client information in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
- Assist in social media, email marketing, content promotion, and other digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with technical, design, and project teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
- Track sales activities, lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and performance.




- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

Positive to Have

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and online lead-generation platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and website development services.
- Knowledge of IT/software services and technology solutions.
- Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, or business development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition are preferred.
