Ulamara is a growing wellness and healthy-food brand rooted in traditional recipes and focused on building a strong content and social media presence.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editing Intern who wants hands-on experience working on real brand projects, social media content, product promotions, campaigns, and motion graphics.

As an early-stage startup, this role offers real ownership, direct mentorship, practical learning, and the opportunity to build a strong portfolio through published brand content.

About the Role

The Video Editing Intern will support Ulamara's video content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, product videos, campaigns, and brand communication.

The role combines day-to-day social media editing and trend-based content with polished product videos, motion graphics, animations, and campaign content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and other short-form video content.
- Create engaging trend-based videos aligned with current social media trends.
- Create product promotional and product showcase videos.
- Produce educational and informational videos about Ulamara products and the brand story.
- Edit festival, seasonal, promotional, and campaign-specific videos.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, captions, text, and visual effects.
- Add and edit music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other audio elements.
- Repurpose existing videos, photos, and creative assets across different platforms and formats.
- Develop reusable video templates and maintain organized video asset libraries.




- Work with the design and marketing team to develop creative video concepts.
- Contribute ideas during content and campaign planning.
- Conduct basic trend and competitor research to identify new content opportunities.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the team.
- Organize and manage project files, footage, graphics, and other video assets properly.
- Manage multiple editing tasks and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content.
- Strong awareness of current social media trends and popular Reel formats.
- Good eye for visual storytelling, timing, composition, and brand consistency.
- Creative mindset with an interest in experimenting with new editing styles.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Robust communication skills and willingness to receive and implement feedback.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a course/degree in Media, Design, Film, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Own laptop with editing software is preferred.
