About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Retention Manager to lead our sales and customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong team-handling skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and retention team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and conversions.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, daily sales activities, and conversion ratios.
- Drive customer retention, repeat sales, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle key customers and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Conduct regular team reviews, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze sales and retention data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and share regular sales and retention performance reports with management.





Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in sales, retention, business development, or a related role.
- Prior experience in team handling and target-based sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of customer retention and relationship management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
