Arihant Global is hiring a Telesales Executive cum Client Support who can handle lead calling, follow-ups, proposal creation, and basic pre-sales coordination for Digital Marketing & CPaaS services.

Role Overview:

This role combines telesales + pre-sales + client coordination. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads over calls, supporting in proposal/demo process, and handling basic client requirements post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls for lead conversion
- Do regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Create & share proposals/quotations
- Coordinate for client demos & onboarding
- Assist in DLT registration, WhatsApp API (WABA), payment gateway (Razorpay/Paytm) onboarding
- Support in pre-sales documentation & process flow
- Maintain proper lead & client data
- Provide basic client support & query handling

Required Skills:





- Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Experience in telesales / telecalling / client handling
- Basic understanding of:
- Digital Marketing services OR
- Bulk SMS / WhatsApp / CPaaS services
- Comfortable with Excel, proposals & coordination work
- Good follow-up & relationship management skills

Preferred Candidates:

- Experience in telesales + backend coordination
- Candidates who have worked on:
- DLT chain / SMS approvals
- WhatsApp API onboarding
- Payment gateway setup (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary Structure:

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
- Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000+ (based on conversions)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,425.85 - ₹25,651.94 per month
