ANZ Collections Executive – Role Summary

In a nutshell, the ANZ Collections Executive will be responsible for client payment follow-ups, vendor coordination, artwork coordination, and supporting the Sales Team with smooth campaign execution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Client Payment Follow-ups: Regularly contact clients regarding outstanding and upcoming payments and ensure collections are completed within agreed timelines.
- Vendor & Inventory Coordination: Follow up with vendors to confirm inventory availability, campaign dates, placements, and other booking requirements.
- Artwork Coordination: Coordinate with clients and the internal Creative Team to obtain artworks, share specifications, follow up on pending artwork, and ensure files are received within the required timelines.
- Artwork Finalisation: Follow up with clients for artwork approvals, revisions, and final sign-off so campaigns can move to scheduling without delays.




- Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Team to keep them updated on payment status, artwork progress, inventory availability, and any issues that could impact campaign execution.
- Campaign Execution Support: Ensure all necessary client, artwork, payment, and inventory requirements are completed on time for campaigns to go live as scheduled.
- Issue Resolution & Follow-ups: Proactively identify pending actions and coordinate with the relevant client, vendor, sales, or creative team to close them quickly.

The key objective of the role is to keep the entire process moving from client payment and artwork collection through to inventory confirmation and final campaign execution.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
