Position: Computer Operator
Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing computer systems, maintaining records, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required.
- Monitor computer systems and ensure their smooth functioning.
- Maintain digital and physical records accurately.
- Handle emails and assist with office correspondence.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular backups of important company data.
- Assist various departments with administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Report system issues and coordinate with technical support when necessary.





Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with internet browsing and email management.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Basic computer certification will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
