- Mold Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of molds to ensure smooth production.
- Tool Assembly & Fabrication: Assemble and test new injection molds, ensuring accuracy in cores, cavities, slides, and ejector systems.
- Machining Operations: Guide conventional and CNC machinery (milling, turning, surface grinding, EDM, wire EDM) operators to manufacture precise tool components.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze tool-related production issues (flashing, sinking, short shots) and implement rectifications.
- Tool Trials: Assist in new mold development and troubleshooting trials.
- Drawing Interpretation: Interpret complex 2D/3D blueprints, sketches, and CAD models (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
- Tool Room Operations: Manage tool room documentation,



such as tool issue/return registers and preventive maintenance schedules

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma in Tool & Die (DPMT/DPT), or NTTF/GTTC training preferred
- 3 to 6 years in Injection Mold manufacturing or maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to work in teams, and good communication skills (Telugu and Hindi preferred)
- Expertise in using precision measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
