We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with 1 year of experience to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain aluminium products and fabrication services, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with sales.
- Schedule site visits/appointments when required.
- Maintain call and lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Telecalling/Sales experience.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Malayalam preferred; basic English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-oriented and sales-focused approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
