Responsible for managing the daily operations of the company’s software, ERP, CRM, MIS, and digital systems. The role includes learning and operating new software, managing data, preparing reports, troubleshooting basic technical issues, supporting and training employees, and coordinating with software vendors and IT teams.
Experience: 5+ years
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Management, or Commerce
Key Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP/CRM/MIS, reporting, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination.
Key Requirement: Ability to learn and independently operate any recent software or application.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
