Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for US IT roles
Screen candidates based on technical skills and visa status
Build and maintain strong consultant networks and talent pipelines
Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation processes
Manage candidate relationships and follow-ups
Work closely with recruitment leads and account managers to fulfill client requirements




Support bench onboarding and placement activities

Required Skills
1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / OPT Recruitment
Strong knowledge of visa classifications processes
Valuable understanding of US tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099
Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster portals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
