Industrial Engineering Manager

Location: Madurai
Industry: Garment / Textile Manufacturing
Experience: 8+ Year in Managerial / Team Handling Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering team and shop-floor IE activities.
- Conduct Time Study, Motion Study, Method Study and SMV/SAM calculation.
- Handle Line Balancing, Capacity Planning and Manpower Planning.
- Improve production efficiency, productivity and manpower utilization.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement / Lean / Kaizen initiatives.
- Monitor IE and production KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, HR and Maintenance teams.
- Train, guide and monitor IE team members.

Qualification

B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Industrial / Production / Textile / Apparel Engineering or relevant qualification.

Preferred: Hands-on experience in garment/textile manufacturing with strong team management and shop-floor exposure.
