Job Description:
As a Senior Officer in the CAT Axis department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of analytics and performance evaluation for our insurance products. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses of customer data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring that the CAT Axis framework is effectively utilized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable insights.




- Collaborate with product development teams to improve product offerings based on data analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to improve overall business performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and product enhancements.
- Support the development of analytics tools and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Engage with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and facilitate data-driven projects.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and familiarity with regulatory requirements is preferred.
