Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager with experience in the Dairy or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in last-mile operations, depot management, distribution, fleet coordination, and team leadership, with regular depot visits to ensure smooth operations and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end operations, including last-mile delivery and distribution.

 Conduct regular depot visits to monitor operational performance and ensure process compliance.

 Oversee daily dispatch, transportation, and delivery operations.

 Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and sales teams for smooth business operations.

 Monitor delivery performance, fleet utilization, and operational KPIs.

 Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

 Ensure timely product deliveries while maintaining high service standards.

 Manage third-party logistics partners and transport vendors.

 Lead, train, and supervise operations and logistics teams.

 Maintain operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.





 Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

 Drive cost optimization and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

 Strong experience in Operations Management and Last Mile Logistics.

 Mandatory experience in the Dairy or FMCG industry.

 Hands-on experience in depot operations and regular depot visits.

 Knowledge of distribution, transportation, and fleet management.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

 Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP systems.

Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline.

 5–10 years of relevant experience in Operations, Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain.

 Experience managing large field teams and multiple depots will be preferred.
