Zyro Logistics is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and improve our international courier and air-logistics operations in Kochi.

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in international courier, international air logistics, air cargo, or overseas shipment operations from India to other countries.

The ideal candidate should understand the complete international shipment process and be capable of managing operations, coordinating with logistics partners, handling shipment-related issues, and leading the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day international courier and air-logistics operations
- Monitor shipments from pickup in India through international dispatch and delivery
- Coordinate with courier partners, airlines, agents, and logistics partners
- Manage shipment booking, AWB, documentation, and dispatch processes
- Coordinate customs-related shipment requirements
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle shipment delays, exceptions, and operational issues
- Coordinate with customers, employees, vendors, and logistics partners
- Manage and supervise the operations team
- Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time
- Maintain proper shipment and operational records
- Develop and improve SOPs and operational workflows
- Identify operational problems and take ownership of practical solutions
- Coordinate with management to improve overall operational efficiency

Required Experience

International courier or international air-logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates should have practical experience handling international shipments from India to overseas destinations.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in an international courier or logistics company
- Strong understanding of international shipment processes
- Good knowledge of AWB and shipment documentation
- Experience coordinating with courier partners, airlines, agents, or overseas logistics partners
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage employees and coordinate a team
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and business software
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and operational priorities

Important

Candidates with only domestic courier, warehouse, delivery, or general package-handling experience may not be suitable for this position.

We are looking for someone who has real experience in international courier / air-logistics operations and understands the movement of shipments from India to other countries.

Candidates with relevant experience in Operations Executive, Senior Operations Executive, Operations Coordinator, Team Leader, Operations Supervisor, or Operations Manager roles are welcome to apply.
