What you'll actually do

: → Source & screen candidates for AI/ML, Python, and Full Stack roles (React, Node.js, Angular) → Write JDs and Boolean search strings that actually work → Run outreach, screening calls, and interview coordination → Learn how real tech evaluation happens — not textbook HR theoryWho I'm looking for: → You understand tech at a basic level (or you're willing to learn quick) → You genuinely want a career in recruitment, not just "any internship" → You communicate well and can work independently → Location doesn't matter — this is 100% remote
