Educate students on the proper installation, maintenance, repair, and safety codes for heating and cooling systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
Core Teaching & Classroom Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction: Teach lessons following established curricula on HVAC theories, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
- Lead hands-on training: Guide students through practical lab work, showing them how to use diagnostic and repair tools correctly.
- Assess performance: Grade exams, projects, and practical shop tasks, providing helpful feedback to support student growth.
- Maintain safety standards: Enforce strict shop safety rules and teach students how to handle hazardous materials and refrigerants safely.
