The Branch Head is responsible for handling the overall work of the branch in a multi-state cooperative society. They manage daily operations, lead the staff, and ensure business targets like FD, RD, and savings accounts are achieved. The role includes guiding the team, monitoring their performance, and maintaining good customer service. The Branch Head also handles customer issues, ensures all transactions and records are properly maintained, and follows society rules and guidelines. They support marketing activities, help in bringing new customers, and assist in collection work when needed. Experience in banking or finance and positive leadership skills are important for this role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
