Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, and promoting the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, courses, or offers clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Convert leads into appointments, enquiries, or sales.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow-up.
- Provide regular reports on call activities and lead status.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
