We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader – OTR & Drayage to join our growing freight brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage the OTR & Drayage operations team.

✅ Oversee daily loads, dispatch coordination & carrier management.

✅ Build and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships.

✅ Monitor team performance, productivity & KPIs.

✅Handle escalations and ensure smooth shipment execution.

✅Negotiate rates and drive profitable load movement.

✅Train, mentor & support team members.

✅Ensure compliance with company processes and brokerage standards.

Requirements :

✅ 4–5+ years of experience in Freight Brokerage.

✅ Robust hands-on experience in OTR & Drayage.

✅ Previous Team Lead experience preferred.

✅ Excellent knowledge of US trucking & freight operations.

✅ Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills.

✅ Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
