Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch activities.
- Bring new customers and promote chit fund schemes.
- Follow up with customers for monthly payments.
- Support the team in achieving sales and collection targets.
- Maintain customer records and documents.
- Handle customer queries and provide good service.
- Coordinate with sales and collection staff.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, finance, banking, or chit funds preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work as a team.
Pay: ₹14,543.13 - ₹35,000.00 per month
