Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling cybersecurity, audit, risk, privacy, compliance, or consulting services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B consultative selling, client relationship management, lead generation, solution-based sales, negotiation, and closing cybersecurity/professional services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage new business opportunities across cybersecurity, assurance, risk, privacy and compliance consulting services.
- Identify and develop opportunities for:
- SOC 1 / SOC 2
- ISO 27001 / ISMS
- GDPR / DPDP Compliance
- Privacy and Data Protection Assessments
- IT Audit / ITGC
- Risk and Gap Assessments
- Third-Party Risk Management
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Web and Mobile Application Security Testing
- Network and Infrastructure Security Testing
- Configuration Reviews
- Cloud Security Assessments
- API Security Testing
- Red Teaming
- Source Code Review
- Security Architecture Reviews
- Cybersecurity Maturity Assessments
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client discussions through proposal, commercial negotiation and closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with Presales and Consulting teams for solution design and scoping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and commercial discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within Cybersecurity, IT Audit, Risk, Compliance, Privacy,



or Consulting Services.
- Good understanding of SOC, ISO 27001, VAPT and related cybersecurity services.
- Strong B2B sales and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and work with technical/consulting teams.
- Experience in professional services or cybersecurity consulting sales is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience selling cybersecurity consulting or professional services and an established B2B client network will be preferred.
