Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing solar installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, ensuring high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and commission On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar Power Systems.
- Perform regular maintenance, inspection, and performance testing of solar PV systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, inverter issues, and connectivity problems.
- Ensure all work complies with MNRE, KSEB, and safety standards.
- Assist in wiring, conduit work, panel mounting, and inverter configuration.
- Support customers with basic system training and usage guidance.
- Coordinate with the project engineer and service manager for smooth operations.




- Maintain accurate service records and prepare daily activity reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, earthing, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with solar inverters, charge controllers, and battery systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges.
- Valid two-wheeler license is must

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
