About the Role

We are looking for an Odia-speaking Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to connect with small and medium-sized business owners and introduce them to AdsDial's advertising and promotional solutions.

The role involves speaking with prospective customers, understanding their business requirements, explaining suitable advertising solutions, following up with interested prospects and developing customer relationships.

This is a sales and customer relationship role, so confidence on calls, strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are important.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective small and medium-sized business owners.

- Introduce AdsDial's advertising and promotional services, including audio ads, video ads, jingles and digital promotional solutions.

- Understand customers' business and advertising requirements.

- Explain services, pricing and processes clearly to prospective customers.

- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.

- Work towards assigned sales and performance goals.

- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and service delivery.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

Requirements





- Excellent fluency in Odia is required.

- Good Hindi communication skills are required.

- English communication skills will be an advantage but are not mandatory.

- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, sales or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

- Freshers with robust communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.

- Comfortable speaking with customers and business owners over the phone.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- A laptop, reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection and smartphone are required.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Good follow-up and organisational skills.

- Responsible and professional approach towards customer communication.

- Willingness to learn and achieve performance goals.
