Job description:

Purpose of the Role

To ensure timely, secure, and accurate collection and delivery of diagnostic samples and payments from Medivision’s collection centers and external Sample pick up points to the laboratories, supporting smooth diagnostic operations and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sample Collection & Logistics

- Collect diagnostic samples from collection centers and authorized points as per defined routes and schedules.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling of specimens to maintain integrity and prevent contamination/damage.
- Deliver samples to the designated laboratory points within stipulated timelines.
- Obtain signatures and acknowledgments at the lab upon handover of samples.

2. Payment Collection & Documentation

- Collect payments from collection points.
- Issue official receipts for every transaction using company-provided receipt books.
- Ensure secure custody of collected amounts and handover to the Accounts/Finance team within 48 hours.

3. Compliance & Process Adherence

- Adhere to company SOPs on sample handling, payment collection, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of collections, deliveries, and payments.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of receipts with Finance team.




- Strictly follow infection control and bio-safety protocols during sample handling.
- Collection executive should always be in official uniform during work hours

4. Coordination & Reporting

- Report delays, discrepancies, or incidents (sample damage, payment mismatch, route changes) immediately to the Logistics Manager.
- Provide daily updates and MIS reports on collections and deliveries.
- Submit monthly fuel expense reports with supporting bills/logs to reporting manager for verification, approval, and reimbursement.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Collection Centre staff, and Lab staff or smooth work flow.

5. Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance

- Ensure company vehicle/own vehicle used for logistics is in valuable working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of sample transport kits and collection bags.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
