We’re looking for an Executive HR - TA to join our team who specializes in sourcing and hiring staff for the hospitality industry (restaurants).

Job Overview:

As an Executive - HR TA, you will be responsible are responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill positions in restaurant staff roles and management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Review and evaluate incoming resumes and job applications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Implement strategic recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.




- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiate terms.
- Maintain detailed hiring MIS and database of resumes
- Assist HR operations team in collecting proper / verified onboarding documents for new recruits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, HR team and new recruits

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of hospitality job market and recruitment processes
- Ability to balance multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with an analytical approach to monitoring recruitment metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability in a rapid-paced environment
- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree (Specialization in Human Resources preferable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
