About the Role

Eminence Technology is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to manage and deliver projects successfully from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, along with a good understanding of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, business, and other internal teams.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, priorities, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Handle client communication and manage expectations effectively.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and blockers.
- Monitor project performance and prepare regular status reports.




- Follow Agile/Scrum or other suitable project management methodologies.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in an IT organization.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification will be an advantage.
- Experience working with cross-functional IT teams and clients.
