We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic Service Supervisor to manage our field service operations, mentor a dedicated team of technicians, and deliver top-tier customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

- Team Leadership & Fleet Management: Direct, support, and manage a team of 4–5 field service technicians performing new machine installations, routine maintenance, warranty (free) services, and post-warranty (paid) repairs.
- Smart Route & Dispatch Planning: Assign work orders and map out optimal daily routes for technicians based on job locations, urgency, and skill sets to ensure fast response times.
- Productivity & Field Monitoring: Leverage route-tracking tools and real-time monitoring to track technician productivity, on-time arrivals, and job completion rates.
- Customer Care & Escalation Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, providing prompt resolutions and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Resource & Administrative Control: Oversee technician leave approvals, balance daily workloads, and track field service reports and job sheets.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience:



2+ years of experience in field service operations, service coordination, or technical supervisor roles (experience in heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, or tractor dealerships is a major plus).
- Technical & Logistics Aptitude: Strong understanding of machine servicing workflows, route planning, and basic field tracking software/GPS systems.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: Natural ability to motivate a team, manage daily scheduling challenges, and resolve customer issues calmly and effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to coordinate between field technicians, dealership management, and clients.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
