HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition | 3–5 Years
About the Company
A fast-growing organization in the Real Estate sector, focused on building scalable business operations and strengthening its people practices. As the organization continues to grow, the HR function is looking for an HR qualified who can take ownership of end-to-end talent acquisition while also supporting broader HR and business partnering needs.
The Opportunity
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with leadership and business stakeholders to build talent pipelines, drive hiring across functions, and strengthen the recruitment process as the organization scales.
The role will involve understanding manpower requirements, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and engaging candidates, managing the interview and offer process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Alongside TA, the role will provide exposure to employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and other people initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable owning the recruitment lifecycle independently in a fast-paced environment.
A Note on Where This Role Is Headed
This role is designed for an HR professional who wants to build strong expertise in Talent Acquisition while developing broader HR Business Partnering capabilities. As the organization grows, the role will evolve with opportunities to take ownership of larger hiring mandates, strengthen talent processes, and contribute to the development of the overall HR function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring — Core Responsibility
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines across business and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other relevant channels.
- Screen candidates and assess them against role requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, candidate engagement, and offer-to-join conversions.
- Track recruitment progress and proactively address hiring bottlenecks.
- Build a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on hiring metrics and priorities.
- Support employer branding and initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth joining, onboarding, and induction experience for new hires.
Key Metrics: Hiring turnaround time, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience.
2. HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Act as an HR point of contact for employees and business teams.
- Partner with managers to understand people-related requirements and provide timely HR support.
- Support implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives across the organization.
- Build strong working relationships with leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support managers in employee-related matters and people decisions.
3. Employee Engagement,
Performance & Development
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback.
- Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Identify learning and development requirements and coordinate relevant interventions.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee experience and workplace culture.
4. Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and employee communication with maturity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee exits, exit interviews, and full & final settlement processes.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance management, employee documentation, and HR administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Track HR metrics and provide relevant insights to leadership.
- Support statutory compliance and ensure required documentation is maintained.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources, with strong hands-on recruitment experience.
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring independently across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation skills.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- Good understanding of Indian labour laws, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
