Job Title : Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Bangalore

Requirements : Must Have experience in ICU

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development for assigned territory across Bangalore. Develop and manage relationships with key hospitals, corporate hospital chains, nursing homes, distributors, and healthcare institutions.

Promote the company's Critical Care, Surgical Consumables, Wound Care, Infection Prevention, and Hospital Hygiene product portfolio.

Generate demand through interactions with Surgeons, ICU Specialists, Plastic Surgeons, General Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, ENT Specialists, Infection Control Teams, Purchase Departments, CSSD Teams, and Biomedical professionals.

. Conduct product demonstrations, CMEs, workshops, and clinical presentations. Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term customers.

Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and market intelligence reports.





Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, or any relevant discipline (MBA preferred).

8 years of experience in Medical Devices, Critical Care, Surgical Consumables, Wound Care, Infection Control, ICU Products, or Hospital Sales .

Solid network with hospitals, surgeons, ICU departments, purchase managers, and healthcare institutions in Mumbai.

Self-driven with a strong ability to achieve business targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
