- Oversee Farm Operations: Make sure daily farm activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Guide & Support the Crew: Lead, mentor, and work alongside grounds workers and farm staff to keep team energy high.
- Track On-Site Construction: Keep an eye on ongoing building projects and repairs to ensure work stays on schedule.
- Build Vendor Connections: Maintain robust relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Support Campus Life: Jump in to assist with event setups, campus initiatives, and everyday operational needs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
