Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant / Accountant to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Type : Remote

Job Timing : Night Shift ( 9pm to 4am Monday to Friday & 9pm to 1am on Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and management as required
- Handle data entry and maintain proper documentation





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable working night shifts (Canadian office hours)
