Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand product/machine design and manufacturing requirements.

- Design the aesthetics and functionality of components and the complete product.

- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback/modifications as required.

- Engineer full product solutions by integrating custom-developed designs with off-the-shelf components.

- Test product designs using CAD models, simulations, and physical prototypes.

- Investigate suitable materials and production processes for manufacturing.

- Revise and modify CAD files throughout the development process.

- Identify new systems and processes to improve quality, efficiency,



and cost savings.

- Perform complex engineering calculations for product validation.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and suppliers.

- Plan and manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.

- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, and KeyShot.

- Proven expertise in DFM (plastics, sheet metals, casting).

- Solid skills in CAD/CAM, 3D modeling, surface modeling, SolidWorks tools, and Alias software.
