Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information. Explain company products, services, offers, and processes. Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets. Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
