Job Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Management Trainee to join our team and gain practical experience in property management, customer coordination, business development, and real estate operations.

The trainee will work with experienced team members and assist with day-to-day activities while developing professional and management skills.

Responsibilities

- Assist in handling residential and commercial property requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and property owners.
- Understand customer requirements and assist the team in identifying suitable properties.
- Support property listing and information collection.
- Follow up with customers and property owners.
- Assist in arranging property visits and meetings.
- Support the team in maintaining property and customer records.
- Conduct basic research on property locations and market trends.
- Assist with business development and customer acquisition activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of assigned work.
- Prepare basic reports and provide regular updates.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them on time.

Education

Internship & Compensation

- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided over and above the monthly stipend.
- Interns become eligible for incentives based on assigned targets and individual performance.
- Eligible incentives will be calculated for the applicable performance period and paid along with the respective monthly payout, as per company policy.

Full-Time Opportunity
