What We're Looking For

Strong,



hands-on full-stack development experience — not just theoretical knowledge

1–2 completed projects you can explain in technical depth (architecture, decisions, trade-offs)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Local candidates: ready to work from the NCR/Ghaziabad office (Hybrid)

Remote candidates: will only be considered if they rate Excellent in both Java and ReactJS during technical evaluation — remote work is an exception, not the default, and is reserved for candidates who can independently own both ends of the stack without close supervision
