Sales Manager – Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, customer relationship, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor achievements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and team training.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Handle key accounts and negotiate pricing, contracts, and business deals.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.




- Track sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, with relevant managerial experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
