Job Responsibilities

- Handle warranty claims for two-wheeler vehicles.
- Verify vehicle warranty eligibility and customer details.
- Inspect and verify warranty-related complaints and failed parts.
- Prepare accurate warranty job cards and claim documents.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, technicians and the warranty team.
- Check warranty parts and ensure proper documentation.
- Submit warranty claims through the company warranty/DMS portal within the required timeline.
- Follow up on pending, rejected and returned warranty claims.
- Ensure warranty claims are submitted accurately and on time.
- Maintain records of warranty claims, replaced parts and claim status.
- Coordinate with the manufacturer/dealer warranty team for clarification and approvals.
- Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged, stored and maintained for inspection/audit.
- Monitor warranty claim settlement and outstanding claims.
- Assist during warranty audits and ensure compliance with company warranty procedures.




- Prepare regular warranty reports for management.

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of two-wheeler service and basic mechanical systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and DMS portals is an advantage.
- Ability to follow company warranty policies and guidelines.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
- Automobile / Mechanical qualification is an added advantage.
- Freshers with basic computer knowledge can apply.
- Previous experience in automobile warranty processing will be preferred.
