Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support business growth through B2B sales.

Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, email & cold calling.
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Contact prospects and introduce our IT services.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and demos with interested clients.
- Maintain lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare basic proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Knowledge of lead generation and cold calling.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach & MS Office.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Freshers can apply.
- IT sales/B2B sales experience is an advantage.
