Dear Candidate,

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who can manage and execute email outreach campaigns to generate leads, engage prospects, and support business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with bulk email campaigns, email outreach, lead generation, email databases, and campaign tracking. Candidates who have access to or experience managing a database of 100–150 relevant business/professional email contacts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute targeted email marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and manage a database of 100–150 relevant email contacts/IDs.
- Identify and segment potential clients/prospects based on business requirements.
- Draft engaging and professional email campaigns.
- Send personalized and bulk email campaigns while maintaining good deliverability practices.
- Follow up with prospects through email and maintain an organized communication pipeline.




- Regularly update and clean the email database.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team to convert email-generated leads.
- Research new prospects and expand the email contact database.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and lead generation.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing / Email Outreach / Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of email marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Experience managing a database of 100–150+ email contacts.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of email deliverability, email personalization, and segmentation.
- Ability to track campaign metrics and generate reports.
- Good research and prospecting skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹11,273.72 - ₹43,064.55 per month
