Experience: 1+ Year in Telecalling / Customer Relationship / Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Explain aesthetic, skin & hair treatments and offers to clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Achieve monthly calling, appointment and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build solid client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent Malayalam communication skills; English is an advantage.
- Confident, friendly and persuasive communication.
